How can I view the status of my order?

 

A. Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

 

Shipping FAQs:

When will my item ship?

 A. Most items are shipped within 72 hours of cleared payment (most payments clear instantly). Larger items that have to be specially boxed or sent freight may take slightly longer.

 

How/With what carrier will my item order be shipped?

A. Most items will be shipped either United Stated Postal Service or Fedex Ground (business address) or Fedex Ground Home Delivery (residential address). 

 

B. Items weighing over 80 lbs but under 150 lbs may need to be delivered to a business address in some cities and rural areas.  If this is a problem, we can usually find a solution for you. 

 

C. Items over 150 lbs. will be sent freight and will be handled on an individual basis.

 

D. Many items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or will incur additional cost to do so. If you have a P.O. box listed as your shipping address, please provide us with an alternate street address with your payment details.

 

Can my item be shipped to an international destination?

A.  Most items under 40 lbs. can be shipped to all international destinations. Some items are too large and exceed the size limits for USPS shipping, these items cannot be shipped internationally. Many countries now accept packages up to 60 lbs. please contact us about your specific item to be sure.

 

B. We only ship Internationally via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. We do not ship 1st class, UPS, Fedex, etc  to any international destinations.

 

C. Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and customs due on arrival of package in their country.

 

D. Please contact us for a shipping quote and other info regarding your international purchase.

 

How long will it take to receive my item?

A.  Most items shipped in the Continental United States via United States Postal Service Priority Mail will take 3 days.  Shipments going by Fedex are usually anywhere from 5 - 9 days depending on the destination.  Tracking numbers for Fedex are provided in an email for your convenience.

 

Is my item insured?

A. All items under $200 are insured for domestic destinations until they arrive at your door. We do not insure packages for loss or theft once they are delivered to your doorstep. An additional charge of $3.99 will be added to any shipment requesting a signature confirmation- we strongly recommend purchasing this additional safety measure.  Please email us and we will adjust your invoice for the additional charge.

 

B. All items (except used motorcycle engines) with a purchase price of over $200 will have insurance and signature confirmation already added to the shipping price.

 

C. Used motorcycle engines shipped via freight are usually not insurable for damage.

 

How do I find the tracking # for my package?

A.  Items paid for with a credit card or through paypal will automatically have the tracking or delivery confirmation number emailed to the email address associated with your account when the item label is generated.

 

B. All Fedex shipments will automatically have the tracking # emailed to the address provided to us at checkout when Fedex scans the item on the shipment end. In addition, Fedex will also issue an email for any delivery exceptions and when package is delivered.

 

C. Please note that United Stated Postal Service (USPS) only offers delivery confirmation not true tracking information on most packages. Your tracking info may only show the date the label was generated until package is actually delivered.
