We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible products and shopping experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us before or after the sale with any questions or concern. Orders: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment and shipped within 72 hours. We strive to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Payments: We accept credit cards or paypal payments. We use the secured paypal processor for payments. You do not need a paypal account to pay for your purchase using your credit card. We can also take your order over the phone. Most items are shipped within 72 hours of cleared payment (most payments clear instantly). Larger items that have to be specially boxed or sent freight may take slightly longer. Most items will be shipped either United States Postal Service or Fedex Ground or Fedex Ground Home Delivery. Items weighting over 80 lbs but under 150 lbs may need to be delivered to a business address in some cities and rural area. If this is a problem, we can usually find a solution for you. Items over 150 lbs will be sent freight and will be handled on an individual basis. Many items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or will incur additional cost to do so. If you have a P.O. box listed as your shipping address, please provide us with an alternate street address with your payment details. We only ship Internationally via USPS Priorty Mail. We do not ship 1st class, UPS, Fedex, etc to any International destinations. Most items under 40 lbs. can be shipped to all International destinations. Some items are too large and exceed the size limits for USPS International shipping. Many countries now accept packages up to 60 lbs. Please contact us about your specific item to be sure. Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and customs due on arrival of package in their country. Most items shipped in the Continental United States via United States Postal Service Priority Mail will take about 3 days. Shipments going by Fedex are usually anywhere from 5 -9 days depending on destination. All items (except used motocycle engines) with a purchase price of over $200 will have insurance and signature confirmation already added to the shipping price. Used motorcycle engines shipped via freight are usually not insurable for damage. Items paid for with a credit card or through papal will automatically have the tracking or delivery confirmation number emailed to the email address associated with your account when the item label is generated. All Fedex shipments will automatically have the tracking # emailed to the address provided to us at checkout when Fedex scans the item on the shipment end. In addition, Fedex will also issue an email for any delivery exceptions and when package is delivered. Please note that United States Postal Service (USPS) only offers delivery confirmation, not true tracking information on most packages. Your tracking info may only show the date the label was generated until package is actually delivered. Returns: All returns are subject to a return authorization. Parts are guaranteed to be as advertised. In the event of any discrepancy, we reserve the right to replace with a like part. If the product is not as advertised we will give a 100% refund (or replacement) including shipping in both directions. Used carburetors are sold as is unless otherwise stated.
